A Busy Week

Well, it has been a busy week, getting brochures printed and letters out to area counselors and agencies to get the word out about our groups. We already have one full Divorce Recovery group, with plans to have a second so that there will be room for everyone who needs it. I am expecting a very full GriefShare group after having over thirty individuals attend the GriefShare for the Holidays group. If we have enough of the right mix of losses, the plan is to have separate groups for those who have lost a spouse, those who have lost a child, and those who have lost others. The Anxiety Cure group is back this semester with Rita Rollins as the lead facilitator and I am very glad. This is a great resource and a great group. I still use some of the things I learned through this resource in my own life. Join me in praying that the individuals who need to be a part of one of our groups will have the courage to make the call. I personally know and remember how difficult it is to reach out for help when you need it the most. Oh, do I remember. I also know how wonderful it is to allow God, His Word and His people be a part of your healing journey. I thank God for His healing and for all of those who have been a part of my journey.
